Our target audience is anyone who has private parking, and anyone who needs parking.
Please tell us what being a business owner means to you and why you became an entrepreneur in the first place?
Being a business owner allows me the opportunity to create positive change and execute a vision that solves a universal problem. I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur, and I would consider myself a visionary who possesses a lot of passion in exploring and implementing innovation. I was fortunate to receive funding and start on this journey to implement my idea to solve parking problems in Los Angeles, and elsewhere.
What or who has been your greatest influence in business and why?
My business partner has been the greatest influence on our business. Having years of experience with growing and selling his previous company that generated billions in revenue, he has brought incredible value to the growth, vision, and execution of this business model.
What would you say is your greatest professional accomplishment to date?
My greatest professional accomplishment has not only been building and launching an incredibly solid website and mobile app, but getting to the point where users start signing up and using the platform. I love our users!
What’s the best advice you have received in business that you wish to pass on to our readers?
If you want to pursue being an entrepreneur, you always have to trust yourself and your vision. Seriously consider constructive criticism and feedback, but listen to the vision that got you started in the first place.
What has been the most effective marketing initiatives or programs you have used to promote your business?
Social media marketing and hiring my publicist, Nicole Rodrigues, and her team at NRPR Group has been the best marketing initiative to date. The amount of support I have received from them is incredible and when people really believe in you and your business, amazing things can happen.
What’s one thing you have learned as a small business owner that has served you well over the years?
The importance of managing money as an investment has been the most refreshing and exciting challenge, given that I have always been passionate about finance, investing and accounting. Working at a firm vs. working for yourself is an invaluable lesson when it comes to governing other people’s money.
Are there any resources or tools you’d like to share with other small business owners that have helped you run your business?
I absolutely love Slack for communication and sharing files, Quickbooks for accounting, MixPanel for analytics and Asana for project management.
Do you have any new projects or announcements coming up? f so, please tell us about it.
We plan to conduct our public launch party for our app this fall.
What do you do for fun/relaxation?
I love to hike, bike, play golf, play the piano and go to the beach!
What is Number One Business Goal you plan to accomplish over the next year?
I plan to secure a Series A round within the next year.
You want to write a book on …
A modern version of a Victorian Era Romantic Novel.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
Dreams and goals are typically accomplished through a collaboration or network of people supporting your vision. Execution is team work. So if you want to reach a milestone, meet people who are in that space!
