Please tell us what being a business owner means to you and why you became an entrepreneur in the first place?
I am passionate about creating close, connected families. Running my own business gives me the flexibility to share the valuable relationship and parenting skills that I teach so that others can create connected families while keeping my own family close and connected. It is a beautiful win-win.
What or who has been your greatest influence in business and why?
For skills directly related to business, Bob Burg’s books (Endless Referrals) have been very helpful. The publicity resources from Joan Stewart, The Publicity Hound, are terrific.
Being clear on my intention and living the skills from Global Relationship Centers (www.GRC333.com) have been fundamental.
What would you say is your greatest professional accomplishment to date?
Organizing and delivering the Empowering Our Children conference in November, 2008
Becoming a certified facilitator of the Loving Yourself and Others© Course (www.GRC333.com)
Seeing parents remember the joy of being parents after experiencing courses, coaching or workshops
What’s the best advice you have received in business that you wish to pass on to our readers?
