About Sister In Harmony: Sisters in Harmony- is an Economic Networking Organization (E.N.O.) founded by Ed Herman, as a tribute to his mother. His vision was to unify women across the globe under one accord—a photograph projecting positive images of women back into the community. Using today’s social networks, technology, and a camera, he stepped out on faith and began reaching out to women to become a part of this photo. His initial goal was to gather 100 women. What he ended up with was an organization with over 360 women spanning across the globe in 35 different states and 5 foreign countries.
Ed Herman owner of Umoja Communication Inc.(UCCI) formerly known as Umoja Photo www.umojaphoto.com, and founder of Sisters in Harmony, has been documenting the stories of people of color—creating historical themes for over 25 years.
