I am the safe space for high achievers to maximize their greatest potential and unlock the next level of success in their lives. I help you get what you want out of life. Target audience: Minority women ages 30-45.
Please tell us what being a business owner means to you and why you became an entrepreneur in the first place?
I am obsessed with helping others be their best and bank their brilliance. I am a dreamer and a doer, and I wanted to help others not give up on their dreams by creating a strategic plan of action to make their dreams a reality. I wanted to provide hope, healing, and JOY to professionals who are easily bored and always seeking satisfaction and fulfillment. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re not good enough even if on the outside, everyone thinks you’re winning. I wanted to create a safe space where people can be their authentic selves and rediscover what they want in all aspects of life.
What or who has been your greatest influence in business and why?
My greatest influence in business has been my father Boyd Ivey. He passed away in his sleep from a brain aneurysm. The nuggets of wisdom he left behind were priceless. Anyone who experienced my father was immersed in a world of excellent work ethic, purpose, and power. Through his leadership by example, I learned the importance of developing your personal brand, the power of influence, and the objective in business to create solutions to problems. He was an AP History teacher, middle school basketball coach, and adult tennis instructor and found joy in being his best by giving his best effort in any endeavor. Then, right before leaving this Earth, he became fascinated with positive thinking and creating thought-provoking leadership talks. Now, he has passed the baton to me as I encourage, equip, and empower many as well through my words.
What would you say is your greatest professional accomplishment to date?
Going on OWN TV to be a guest on Iyanla Vanzant’s new show called Fear Not. Also, receiving two speaking opportunities for the NFLPA powered by The Trust to speak to former NFL players and their significant other on effective communication and working together to win.
