Meet Bansi Patel, 25 Year Old CEO of Youniverseway, Author of the bestselling book (in free self-help category) “Mingling with the Universe“, Productivity Coach and Chartered Accountant.
Tell us about how you chose your career/business and what your responsibilities include?
I became a Chartered Accountant, which is a very prestigious degree in India, at the age of 23. It was a great achievement. Six months later, I felt something is missing and I felt lost. It took me one whole year to accept that it was not for me, I do not enjoy number crunching and that’s when my real transformation journey started. I couldn’t leave my job as I had to pay bills. I started reading lots of books, got into self help, did some soul searching and then finally found my life’s purpose. I became a Productivity and Life coach.
Currently, I am doing a full time job as a Chartered Accountant whilst building my business “Youniverseway” which is a digital education company which imparts education on Entrepreneurship, Empowerment, Manifestation and Money.
Tell us about the company you work for or own?
Youniverseway is built to teach people life-skills. I believe that the current education system lacks a very important aspect of imparting life-skills. No school is teaching how to handle depression or how to handle your emotions, how to do parenting, how to skilfully manifest a business and life of your dreams. Youniverseway is built with a vision to help people manifest a life and create a business of their dreams. While others preach steps, we help facilitate the exact steps and strategies that are required along with the correct mindset with whatever resources you have currently. If you have the will to change your life and make an impact in the world, Youniverseway is your space.
What are some of the most fulfilling projects you have been involved with so far?
1.While others teach or advice to just leave your 9-5 and start your own business, I strongly believe that before starting your own business, you need to have a solid foundation with regards to your finances, with regards to your skill sets as well as your knowledge. I am working on a free boot camp course called “Employee to Entrepreneur” where we teach how to create a business and life that you love while working a full time job.
2.I hold Little Manifestors’ workshop where I teach kids law of attraction using fun worksheets. It makes them really happy and they start to believe yet again that they can become whatever they wish to be. I absolutely love to teach kids law of attraction and power of their thoughts.
Are there any people in your field you would like to meet and/or work with and have not yet had the opportunity?
Yes! I have learnt mostly through books and my virtual mentors! I am so grateful for. I would love to meet Marie Forleo, Gabby Bernstein, Angie Lee, Kathrin Zenkina and Cara Alwill Leyba.
What are some of your favorite ways to network?
I love Facebook groups. I have made so many awesome connections and friends through Facebook.I feel networking works best if you provide value. Before expecting anything in return, provide them value, this is my mantra and my style, because at the end of the day, my purpose is to Serve and inspire! Other good platform is Instagram. It really gives a great “Behind the scenes” content to your followers and lets them know that you are also just like them. You also make crazy mistakes, you are funny but at the same time you are Consistent in whatever you do, which ultimately inspires them.
Do you have a mentor – if so how did you choose one another? If not, is this something you think would benefit your career and is there anyone you would like to have as a mentor?
Absolutely! I am so lucky in this case. My mentor, CA.Amol Mishra , my own boss. Like can you believe, my own employer is supporting me to build my own business. He has given me permission to give a few hours for my own business as he believes that Inspiring people is more important than making money. He is my mentor, my best friend a great teacher.
