Tell us about Your Company

My company is Ria Mali  Productions. I am the owner. My motto for my business is: “I don’t help you have self esteem, I teach you to LIVE with self esteem“.

Please tell us what being a business owner means to you and why you became an entrepreneur in the first place?

When I use to model, I was scammed a few times before breaking into the business and my passion was to help others not to go through that and I enjoyed the behind the scenes work so much. Especially make-up artistry.

What or who has been your greatest influence in business and why?

My greatest influence was my mother. She was ill and I was her care taker for many years before she passed away in 2008 from lung failure and Alzheimers. When I was younger, She had a talent of making clothes and cooking. She never did anything with her talent as far as owning a business but to me she was a STAR. I always said I would own a business in her memory. I began my business full force in 2000.

What would you say is your greatest professional accomplishment to date?

That would be educating others about the talent business and being an advocate and volunteer for the Alzheimers Association. I walk every year in the Memory Walk since 2007 to present at Lake Eola with other thousands of people who want to help with the research of Alzheimers.
