Wendy Y. Bailey is the Coach’s Coach. Called a “Force of Nature” and trendsetter in coaching by The Coaching Commons – a premier industry think-tank and journal – she developed and leads the certifying process for the Master Certified Group Coach® and Certified Group Coach® programs, training coaches to leverage their time, talent and energy using group coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Affectionately called “WendyY” by her clients, business associates and coaching colleagues, she is a Master Certified Group Coach®, Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Certified Experienced Coach.
A dynamic visionary, WendyY leveraged more than 25 years of leadership and management experience and expertise leading hundreds of teleseminars, live workshops and small/large group training sessions to create her signature brand, “Group Coaching Mastery – Master Group Coaching with an NLP Twist.”
In her newest brand, “Coach More Clients – Build Your Coaching Business Fast,” WendyY continues to exercise influence, persuasive marketing and powerful language strategies to help coaches create highly successful coaching businesses. Her mission in life is to show business, life and executive coaches how to make a bigger impact in the world by sharing their coaching talents with their most ideal clients.
