Meet Baeth Davis, The Hand Analyst
Baeth Davis recently changed the spelling of her first name from Beth to ‘Baeth.’ The pronunciation is the same. She says, “I’ve been wanting to alter my name for quite sometime as Beth Davis is a John Doe kind of name. I’m very happy with the change. For me the change signals stepping more fully into my Life Purpose, which in my hands is Successful Businesswoman with a Spiritual Message for a Large Audience in the Spotlight.” For as much media as Baeth has had over the years, she confesses that she’s actually been hanging back a bit, hiding out. This fall, Baeth made the big decision to fully embrace and accept the ‘spotlight’ aspect of her purpose and bring her work to a much larger audience. She will be reading celebrity hands at the Emmy’s this fall and she’s thrilled about this. The people she will be meeting have influence and power to help people around the world.
Baeth’s mission is to make underground sewer systems and clean water available to everyone on the planet. The number one killer of children around the world is diarrhea from polluted water. In this day and age, it’s unacceptable and completely unnecessary. Baeth believe the avenue to this environmental improvement is to empower women, especially women in impoverished nations, to build businesses that reflect their gifts and allow them to be supporting members of their communities. If a woman is able to help her children grow and learn, she is a happy woman. Women are about sharing and empowering, not acquiring for the sake of dominance. It is time ALL women, from ALL nations, rise up and join together. The men will be happier, too, because they will find another avenue for their power and strength – building strong, powerful communities – rather than destroying them. It’s about where we put our attention. Beath goes on to state, “I simply don’t believe in the words “it can’t be done.” It is done already in the realms of our imagination. Our job as human beings is to CREATE new worlds. Why else would we have these physical bodies but evolve and create?”
Here’s her story:
What do you enjoy most about your work as a Hand Analyst and why did you choose that career?
What I MOST enjoy is helping a client see her radiance, beauty, power and magnificence. We are truly frightened by how grand we are. The thing is… most people don’t even KNOW how fabulous they are or what possibilities they possess. Every single human being on this planet has a unique purpose, a purpose that only they can fulfill. There is no competition for your Life Purpose and no one can take it away from you. Only you can make it happen. Only you – and it is, quite literally, in your fingertips!
I chose this career because the hand analysis session I received catapulted me out of a deep
and numbing spiritual crisis. I realized I had a purpose and I set about making the most of it.
Tell our readers about the Glazer-Kennedy Information Marketer of the Year award and what it has been like winning this prestigious award?
When I received the contest entry, I knew I had to enter. I had a very strong feeling that I would win. I was up against 3 very powerful competitors, all whom were making millions per year compared with my middle six-figures (only 1% of the population makes more than $350,000/year – shocking if you think about it!). I asked the Universe what my intention for the contest should be and my inner voice said, “To inspire and teach.” I shared over 160 pages of my marketing materials with the audience. After my 15 minute talk was over, people walked up to me and said, “Baeth, wow! If you can do this, I can do this. Your talk inspired me!” Mission accomplished! Winning was the gravy. I won a private group round-table session with Dan Kennedy
and Bill Glazer at Disney World in Florida – all-expense paid – that was extraordinary. I am currently implementing their suggestions now!
Your work has also received other exciting media attention – can you share a few of those moments with us?
I’ve been published in Cosmo, Women’s World and LA Times as well as heard on NPR, Radio Europe and BBC-5. As I mentioned, I’ll be reading hands at a gift suite for the upcoming Emmy’s. And my publicist is lining me up this fall for multiple national magazine and TV interviews. I love sharing my message of human possibility with the world.
Tell us about the organizations your company supports and why you chose them?
I am supporter of the NRDC because of my environmental interests as well as the Veterans… because of the government’s dismal current handling of their return to the states. I am a pacifist at heart and, yet, I support our soldiers in their current reality. They are serving our nation and shouldn’t be discarded when their missions are over. Soldiers are the bridge between war and peace. Ideally, they maintain peace – rather than having to restore it through violence. The world needs to find it’s way to peace – and again, if someone tells me ‘it can’t be done’ I figure they prefer the drama and the violence. People seem to really enjoy violence from what I’ve seen – violent movies, violent wars, on and on. It’s an addiction. Evil can’t stop evil. Killing and violence are evil. We know it and it’s time to set up a Department of Peace. I would like to work within that department!
What one thing would you like to learn in the coming year?
I would like to learn how to stay even more present in my mind, body and spirit. I know what to do – it’s doing it that counts!
Who are your heros/heroines and why?
My mother because she doesn’t take any baloney from anybody! She is one tough cookie and says EXACTLY what she means. She cares deeply for everyone in her life and is passionate about the opportunities that life holds. Early in her career as a nurse, she started the first natural childbirth program in our town. At age 50, she took up competitive English saddle riding as a novice rider – and won a lot of ribbons! Now, at nearly 67, she is involved with politics at the local level and recently helped her candidate get elected through phone calls, letter writing and appearing at town hall. She does what she says she’s going to do. She doesn’t expect anyone to make her way for her. She’s a maverick who blazes her own trail.
I admire Nelson Mandela. Imagine all that time in prison and never losing faith only to become leader of his nation?! It’s mind blowing. I feel the same way about Victor Frankl who survived the Holocaust to become one of the world’s premier voices for peace and self-actualization through the power of belief.
What do you do for fun, relaxation?
I am great napper! I tend to be all work or all play. I hardly EVER schedule anything on weekends. I don’t run errands – I hired someone to do that for me – that includes grocery shopping, car maintenance, COSTCO runs, etc. My weekends are for sleeping in, hanging out with my husband, spending two or three hours at the gym so I can enjoy the steam room and sauna, going to movies, and my favorite, reading. For BIG time fun, I dance. I still leave the house on a Thursday or Friday night, usually alone, and head to closest club to dance solo on the dance floor. I try to get there around 9 PM and I have the whole floor to myself. I dance until I’m a sweaty mess and head home just as the crowds are forming. Sometimes my husband comes along but he doesn’t like to dance much. So I support his camping trips with his buddies and he supports my dancing. I still feel 25! Having just turned 40, I want to feel 25 when I’m 70. Moving is what makes movement happen… to state the obvious!
Do you have a secret indulgence? If so, what is it?
Well, if I tell you, it won’t be a secret, will it?
What’s next for Baeth Davis? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I am heading a multi-million dollar business that helps women around the world first transform their self-perception and then help others transform theirs.
Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?
I truly believe there is no greater thing you can do than discover and live your Life Purpose. In fact, what is the alternative?
