It’s difficult for customers to pass up an offer with incentives that will enhance the offer and provide a value they would not otherwise receive. This little extra only enhances the value of your offer. Offering a free trial of the product is a sure-fire way to get them to take action.
COLLECT THEIR CONTACT INFO
Email addresses are still gold and having this will help you continue to stay in touch with them. This is especially important when the customer is in a hurry and does not have a long time to spend going over the details. Use this information to send them additional details and for future offers. Exchange your contact information with them so they too can follow up with you.
Continue to ask questions throughout the conversation. This will help you gain a deeper understanding of the client/customer’s needs and further help by offering products they want and need.
