You can create miracles in your life by living in a state of Gratitude.  Thankful contemplation and thoughts of gratitude can turn any hardship or circumstance into a “gift”. It’s through our trials (opportunities for growth) that we find the tenacity and courage to strive. When you shift your perception and start thinking on thoughts of gratitude in the midst of an uncomfortable situation, something magical takes place! You activate the ever so powerful “Law of Attraction.” Our thoughts are now in alignment with the ever so present All Loving Universe. Anything else outside this alignment is our own perception and interpretation of what’s going on in our lives, and probably isn’t the truth. When you stop focusing on the “have not’s” and start living everyday in Gratitude, you then realize that you possess everything you need “right now.”

Making the shift in living in Gratitude is perceived to be a difficult task when your life is turned upside down; but this is when the gift of gratitude can be at its very best use. It can transform any and every situation. You can make the decision starting right now, to live your life in gratitude. What are you grateful for? Is it to see another sunset, or maybe to hear the laughter of your children, or to feel the warm sunrays against your skin. See, no matter where you are in your life or what you think you don’t have, we all have been given the gift of “Now”!

When we connect with our higher consciousness and learn how to break down the barriers of our mind, we can easily flow and live in “Gratitude.” Below are examples of how you can shift your perception and live in “Gratitude” daily:

  • When you awake in the morning, think of one thing to be grateful for. (Choose something different every day.)
  • Keep a Gratitude Journal. Periodically or at the end of the day, jot down what was great about your day; because it reminds you of all the positive things in your life.
  • Say Thank You and mean it. Who in your life has done something kind for you or has taken the time to share with you? I know it may sound minuscule; but it is such an awesome way to express gratitude!
