Below you will find a cocktail roundup with unique recipes from Santa Margherita Wine and Sparkling Ice that you can make with just a few simple ingredients to celebrate World Cocktail Day.

 

"Peachy Keen Cocktail"Peachy Keen Cocktail

Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore

3 fresh peaches, pitted and halved

½ fresh ginger, chopped

3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

3 cups crushed ice

 

Place peaches, sugar, lime juice, ginger and Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore in blender, blend at medium speed until smooth. Add ice to the blender and process.

 

"Spiked Strawberry Slushie"Spiked Strawberry Slushie

Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore

3 cups strawberries

¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 sprig of fresh mint

Ice cubes

1 tablespoon sugar

 

Stir lemon juice and ½ Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore together, set aside. Combine ice cubes, mint, sugar and strawberries in blender, blend on high until smooth. Pour in lemon and Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore mixture and blend on medium until smooth. Distribute mixture and top each glass with remaining Prosecco. Garnish with strawberry.

Bottle Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore

1 fl. oz gin

¼ freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 teaspoons sugar

Lemon Spiral (garnish)

 

Fill cocktail shaker with ice, gin, lemon juice and sugar. Pour into champagne flute. Top with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore. Stir and garnish with lemon spiral.

Sparkling Ice Lemonade

2 fl. Oz. Vodka

Muddled Basil leaves

 

Shake and pour over ice into Highball glass. Top with Sparkling Ice Lemonade. Garnish with Basil leaf.

 

"Grapefruit Gin"Grapefruit Gin

Sparkling Ice Grapefruit

3 fl. Oz. Gin

Small scoop Grapefruit sorbet

Squeeze of lime juice

Teaspoon simple syrup

 

Mix all ingredients in rocks glass with Kosher salted rim.

 

"Tequila Tea"Tequila Tea

Sparkling Ice Raspberry Iced Tea

1 fl. Oz. Tequila Blanco

1 fl. Oz. Mescal

2 fl. Oz. Coconut water

3 drops Mole Essence

 

Freeze cubes of the Sparkling Ice Raspberry Iced Tea and blend with other ingredients for frozen delight. Pour into margarita glass and garnish with single mint leaf.
