Ingredients for CHICKEN PICCATTA
4-6 boneless chicken breasts (filet)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 package sliced mushrooms
1 whole lemon, cut in half
1/4 cup flour – enough to coat the chickens
This dish takes 10 – 12 minutes to prepare and is yummy. In addition to the above ingredients I like to add 2-3 cloves minced garlic, 1 can artichoke hearts (packed in water, not oil) and 1/3 cup capers to my chicken piccata recipe.
Serve with rice or thin spagetti and brocolli.
