So a perfect diet for one person that is going to help them may not work for someone else. So the point is that it’s all in the calorie math in terms of losing weight and keeping it off. So one has to learn how to eat less calories and a nutritious diet, smaller portion sizes. Maybe include some of your favorite foods and cut out some of the other foods. And really think about eating healthy in smaller amounts and combining that with exercise. So no fad diet is going to do. So it’s people that are successful at weight loss have been able to figure out how to at less calories and burn more. So really it’s as simple as that.
