		<description>What an excellent article and pointing out tips on how to get through the stress of the holidays.

Especially because like it or not, there&#039;s going to be a lot of sugar entering our personal zone between now and New Year&#039;s Day and we&#039;ll need to know how to control it and ourselves.

Sleep is so important and for those of us who ride the &quot;manic&quot; wave, it&#039;s even more so. Take naps and don&#039;t feel guilty about it. Learn to say NO. Think about yourself first by always putting YOU at the top of your TO DO list.
