I love my Slēv! by Heidi Richard Mooney

A few weeks ago I attended the Women, Wit and Wisdom meeting hosted by my good friend Sharon Klein.  This is an informal networking luncheon that takes place once a month. The purpose is for women to meet new women and form new friendships and even do business with one another. At this particular meeting I had the pleasure of being introduced to Melissa Sukiennik, the inventor of neoSlēv. In fact, she “gifted” all 10 women present with one.  I love my slēv and told Melissa I would be delighted to offer a product review for WE Magazine. So here goes:

neoSlēv is a customizable sleeve (called a drink wet suit) made of neoprene that goes over a sturdy plastic (BPA free) tumbler.

What I love about my slēv is that my drinks no longer sweat or leave a water mark when I set them down. And they keep drinks cold or hot.  Cold drinks remain icy, frozen drinks stay frozen and hot drinks stay hot with the slēv.  They are machine washable and because of their unique zipper design, they can be stored flat.  The waterproof material does not absorb moisture so the “wet” stays inside the glass.

They come with or without a tumbler and in 2 sizes, 20 ounce or 30 ounce. The slēv is great for outdoor parties, by the pool and as a keepsake promotional product.

Other things I like:

The logo or design is embroidered on the front. You can use your own logo or artwork or they will create it for you. And they fit most plastic “to go” cups you may already be using. They also have standard designs that are cool.  I have a PEACE symbol on my slēv and they also come with a sun.
