Heidi Richards, Publisher & Editor-in-Chief
Heidi Richards is the Founder of The WECAI Network, for which WE Magazine for women is produced.  She is also the author of eight books and co-author of two including “Rose Marketing on a Daisy Budget.,” and more. She has written hundreds of articles on topics relating to women and business, has produced five ezines, contributed to national and international publications, produces three blogs and hosts a series of webinar events focusing on issues of interest to women. Gina Aronoff, Associate Editor - Layout & Design
Gina is the Office Manager for Eden Florist & Gift Baskets, Copyright Assistant to Heidi Richards and Associate Editor for WE Magazine for Women. She is responsible for putting the magazine together including layout, linking, and formatting the finished product.  She is a detail oriented person who loves to see a project come to life and enjoys contributing her expertise to the overall goals of the organizations.

Laurel Delaney, Going Global Editor
Laurel Delaney runs GlobeTrade.com and LaurelDelaney.com, both Chicago-based firms that specialize in international entrepreneurship. She is also the creator of “Borderbuster,” (www.globetrade.com/generic21.html) an e-newsletter and The Global Small Business Blog (http://borderbuster.blogspot.com), which are both highly regarded for coverage on global small business.

Betty Dobson, Networking Editor
Betty Dobson is an award-winning, published writer and the owner of InkSpotter Publishing. As a longtime volunteer, she donates her time and her talents to causes close to her heart, including adult literacy, AIDS awareness, and the prevention of violence against women. Marcella Glenn, Small Business Editor
Marcella Glenn majored in business, has a degree in Business Administration. She has been freelance writing for most of her life.  Her work dabbles in the world of poetry, as seen through her collection,  entitled, Piece Of Life.  Yet, she finds time to participate in the blogosphere. She writes fiction as well. 

Her novel is titled, Grave Street House.

Nicole Graham, Balance/Lifestyle Editor
In addition to being the Balance/Lifestyle Editor for WE Magazine, Nicole is the Hong Kong Liaison for the WECAI Network.  Nicole’s business, The Modern Goddess has evolved over time and evolved out of a passion to help women become empowered and inspired.  Her aim is to provide women with the tools and resources that help them discover their inner goddess; their personal power.  Her blog and emagazine offer inspirational tools and empowering words to help women create a lifestyle they want.

Bea Kunz, Earthwise Editor
Bea Joined our team in September of 2007 and her column will make it’s debut with the Winter 2007 issue.  Bea Kunz, owns and operates Sage Hill Farms. A Sustainable farm project that grew out of Bea’s desire to return to her childhood roots of living on a farm, and her growing concern for our earth and our food sources.
Bea has farming roots that span generations. Along with her recent study and training under a Master Gardener and Herbalist she has undertaken the Sage Hill Farms project with dedication and a determination to make her part of the earth a healthier place to live and to pass on to the next generation. Linda Pereira, Travel Editor
In addition to being travel editor for WE Magazine, Linda is the International Liaison for the WECAI Network. Linda is the senior partner for CPL Events and a graduate in modern languages. As a professional Interpreter she has traveled all over the world accompanying Members of Government and has been present in the most important events which have marked our recent history. Her expertise is protocol and ceremonial etiquette as well as cross-cultural communication have given her a privileged status as a consultant in government circles and at the highest corporate levels. Her work in the Meeting Industry led her to take a Master’s Degree in Adult Education. She is proud to have been responsible for the first ever large-scale meeting to be held in Lisbon and to have played an important role in the two European Presidencies held by Portugal as well as EXPO’98, the last World Exposition of the XXth century. Gina Rafkind, Health & Wellness Editor
Through VedaSun, Gina dedicates herself to helping people find balance in their lives. Rochael is located in Missoula, MT and in addition to her role as Food and Entertainment Editor at WE Magazine for Women, she is the Founder of Living to Write, www.livingtowrite.com.  Rochael has published dozens of articles on topics relating to travel, food and wine, women’s issues, business, parenting, and has recently launched a blog entitled “For Love and Money” (http://rochael.typepad.com/for_love_and_money/). When she’s not writing, Rochael enjoys travel, reading, artisanal cooking, studying – and sampling - wines of the world, social entrepreneurship, sustainable living, business and social networking, and movies.

Lisa R. Tucci
Lisa Tucci, Chief Creative Officer of Art&Media Communications has been a Producer & Editor of  historical  content  for  over 10 years.  Her own  Artineraries line of downloadable Tours are known as some of the best audio productions in all of Italy.  Lisa is also active on the Board of Directors for  Rome’s Professional Women’s Association, where she is the Newsletter Editor & Contributor. 

Lisa also acts as Editor for a line of children’s mystery stories, all set in Italy, and published by Aunt Dee’s Attic (Michigan). Since attending the WECAI Network Publishing Webinar, she was inspired to start her own irreverent blog, offering a critical (and sometimes humorous look) at the trials & tribulations of life in Italy.  She hopes to publish her vignettes in a book of the same name.
