Perseverance is one of my favorites. It is so easy to become discouraged or distracted as a small business. And perseverance is vital. Business owners with passion can succeed. Building a team or advisory group can also be helpful to business owners. Two different things: one a team that you can work with either through outsourced professionals or staff. An advisory group or mastermind group of interested peers or professionals that can be a support, a sounding board and much more. Seeing women succeed in business is inspiring.
