		<description>This is exactly how people should attack their fitness goals in the new year! Far too often, people try to do what was successful for someone else without considering that we are all different, with respect to our likes, levels of commitment, eating habits, free time, etc. So to your point, people really need to look at what their personal goals are and what their personal preferences are with respect to type of exercise, diet, etc.

In other words, you have to do the type of diet and exercise that works for you!
