		<description>I think there are many valid points here. The idea that equality between men and women in the workplace meant being the &quot;same&quot; ignored the inherent differences in the genders and forced women to think they had to be like men to be treated as peers. 
However, suggesting women should limit how much they smile? I think that reinforces the idea we have to &quot;be&quot; a certain way, instead of just being women and demonstrating our worth and value by our knowledge and expertise.
