		<description>#7 is the most important for me.  I am so technologically challenged so I definitely need someone who knows how to trouble-shoot.  The worst thing that can happen is to direct people to my site for a purchase and they not be able to navigate their way or there&#039;s some kind of a breakdown that I dont know how to fix.

		<description>Very good article. One of the things I preach to my clients is plan ahead. Don&#039;t wait until the last minute to update or add a feature on your website. Understand what your eCommerce website can or cannot do. Plan on what products you want to cross sell or add promotional discounts to BEFORE you go off marketing or advertising. Number 7 is a great point. Relay on your web services or IT company. They can do something 10x faster than you can allowing you to focus in the other key areas of your business.
